Q: Payment Forms
What forms of payment do you accept?
A:
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express payments directly through Authorize.net, a secure and trusted payment gateway. - We accept payment via Paypal, where you may use a Paypal balance, any major credit card or a check. - We accept money orders, although we will not ship until the money order is received. - We accept personal and business checks, although we will not ship until the check is received and has cleared our account.
A:
We make our best attempt to charge actual shipping. Our system communicates with UPS or USPS at the time of the order placement and determines cost based upon our best estimate of the packaged weight of your order.
A:
We generally ship the next business day. When possible, we also attempt to ship on Saturdays, altough we cannot guarantee that. Orders placed after about 6PM Central Time may not ship until the day after that. Our intent is to have all items listed on our site in stock, so if you see it listed there, most likely it is in stock. If for some reason we do not have an item you order (due to a stock keeping error), we will contact you immediately to make appropriate arrangements.
Q: Worn/Used Items
Can I return an item after it has been worn/used?
A:
I'm sorry, but after an item has been opened and had its tags removed, it generally is not possible to return it. If the product is defective, contact us and we will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution. Following are some specific examples:
Moby Wrap - Once the package is opened it cannot be returned. Anita Bras - Can be returned as long as the tags are attached and it is returned in its original box Maya Wrap - Once the package is opened it cannot be returned. Moss Feet Shoes - If they have not been worn, they can be returned in the original packaging. Majamas & Glamourmom - Can be returned as long as the tags are attached and it is in the orginal package. Homeopathy - For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any of these items. Books - Can be returned in new condition within a reasonable amount of time.
